Order processing

Please keep in mind that all orders are handcrafted to fit you. Please allow 14 days to receive your order. (Orders can ship as early as 1 day but can take up to 3 weeks depending on volume/busy season.) We will keep you informed.


Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

We use USPS for shipping. Keep in mind that shipping rates do not change the order processing time.

USPS First Class Mail (arrives in 3-5 days / up to 2 items)

The standard package is a small padded envelope that fits up to 2 items. You have the option to upgrade your postage if you want to receive the order sooner.

USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 2-3 days / 3 or items)

Priority mail is insured and  provides a tracking number that you can check for delivery. You will also receive your order within 2-3 days. This is required for orders of three items or more for fit and to verify your order has been delivered.

USPS Priority Mail Express (arrives in 1-2 days)

Express mail is insured and is used for expediency. If you want your order delivered quickly, this is the option.

Shipping Upgrade

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us as and use the subject line “shipping upgrade .” We will invoice you for the difference. This must be paid prior to shipping.

Lost Package

If your package is lost in the mail and  no tracking and delivery confirmation has not been provided, we will work with USPS to recover the package. If the package is not recovered, we will replace the item.




All Texas residents are charged 8.25%.

If your jewelry happens to break, we will repair them, one time (with proof of purchase), at no cost to you within the first 60 days of purchase. Please email us for return information at There is a fee of $8 for domestic return shipping.

All jewelry will be energetically cleansed prior to return.


Returns & Exchanges

All jewelry is  handcrafted based on the information supplied when the order was placed. Please double check your order and if you need to change something, email us immediately at


Waist beads and Warrior Cross Body Beads cannot be returned unless they are defective. If there is a sizing issue, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

Prior authorization is necessary for all returns. Please contact us within 10 days of purchase for defective returns.

All other jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and it is beyond the 10 days, please email us at: to discuss a resolution.

Too big?

If you jewelry is too big, please contact us at for a resize. There is a fee of $8 for domestic return shipping. Size reduction is free.

Too small?

You have options. You can order an extender in 1 inch increments. The extender can be attached to the waistbeads, providing additional room.  Please go online to order your custom extender.

If you don’t want an extender, you can have your waistbeads’ length increased. Please email us for a quote. Price varies based on the length and original style purchased to cover labor and materials.
